Hell’s Gate National Park is located in the southern part of Kenya just northwest of Nairobi. Hell’s
Gate borders up to the sister Lake Nakuru National park
The park is only 90 km from Nairobi.
A smaller gorge trails away from Central Tower and leads to an area of hot springs. The springs are
hot enough to cause burns. There are two extinct volcanoes known as Olkaria and Hobley’s found
with the park boundaries.
The wildlife numbers are smaller, but the variety of wildlife is abundant. Some of the predator
species include lion, leopard, hyena, serval, and cheetah. Other popular species include zebra, eland,
buffalo, hartebeest, klipspringer, reedbuck, hyraxes, and Thomson’s gazelle.

Upon arrival you’ll go for game drives at Hells Gate National park, visit Fischer .Hatton Rock then devils Bedroom on the floor of the gorge.
You’ll later visit Olkaria spa for swimming and lunch which will be provided. You can also opt for a boat ride at Lake Naivasha as well but this is optional at extra cost Evening depart Naivasha for Nairobi to be dropped in the CBD.
Early in the morning, we will start our full day trip to Hell’s Gate National Park with a 90km drive from Nairobi taking the route leading us to the Park. Hell’s Gate National Park is just a short hour drive from Nairobi – making it a perfect day escape. This Park lies south of Lake Naivasha in Kenya, north west of Nairobi.
Stop over at the Great Rift Valley view point on the eastern escarpment to see Mt Longonot, Mt Suswa, and the expansive floor of the rift valley.
Hells gate guided walking safari start immediately from the gate in the company of an experienced guide. (bike ride is optional)
Enjoy a picnic lunch in the hells gate national park picnic site with the view of the park and as you watch the animals walking around.
You can choose to go for a further walking safari in hells gate national park or visit the lake Naivasha to enjoy an optional boat ride and see hippos, birds, and the best views of the mountains beyond. Optional visit to Mvuke spa swimming pool to swim in naturally heated and biggest swimming pool in Africa.
Depart Naivasha for Nairobi and arrive at 6:00pm at Nairobi Kencom This marks the end of your 1-day hells gate national park hiking tours.
