Amboseli National Park is in southern Kenya. It’s known for its large elephant herds and views of
immense Mount Kilimanjaro, across the border in Tanzania.
1.Game drive viewing
Game drive viewing is conducted all day long but the best time to see wild animals is early in the
morning which starts at 6:30am till 11:30am and evening begins at 2pm till 6:30pm.During day time you
can be able to see the high concentration of animals on water banks quenching their thirst and animals
you’ll see include: Spotted hynes, bush baby and serval cats, waterbucks, buffalos, baboons, aardwolf,
leopards, jackals, lions elephants and more.
2.Maasai cultural tours
The park is surrounded by the local community ‘’Maasai people’’ on your visit to Amboseli National Park
you can visit these local people in the afternoon time.
3.Climb Mount Kilimanjaro
Mount Kilimanjaro is the tallest mountain on the African continent and the highest free-standing
mountain in the world.Scaling this incredible mountain is a lifelong goal for many travellers and the
surrounding Kilimanjaro National Park is teeming with wildlife and safari visitors to see the incredible
lions, rhinos, elephants, giraffes, buffalo, leopards.
4.Elephant study
The elephants of Amboseli are among the most studied in the world, thanks largely to the work of Dr
Cynthia Moss, whose books include The Amboseli Elephants and Elephant Memories.The research camp
remains in operation in the heart of the park, under the guidance of the Amboseli Trust for Elephants
and a visit here is a rare opportunity to learn more about these soulful creatures.
Pick up from your Nairobi hotel in the morning drive to Amboseli national pack which is famous for its
scenery with a backdrop of snow-capped Mount Kilimanjaro, which dominates the landscape, and open
plains. arriving in time for lunch ,check in at Sentrim luxury tented camp ,have lunch and a short rest .
Afternoon game drive at the park later Dinner and overnight at Sentrim luxury tented camp.
Early morning game drive return back to camp for breakfast . after breakfast Full day spend in the park
with packed lunch in search of its popular residents like the well known predators and their opponents
like the Zebra, Wildebeest, Giraffe, Hippo with a view of Mt Kilimanjaro .Later return to your camp for
dinner and overnight at Sentrim luxury tented camp
Early morning game drive with a visit to Masai village return back to your camp for Breakfast. After
breakfast, game en-route out off Amboseli and drive to Nairobi arriving in time for lunch. Lunch at
carnivore afterwards drop off at your respective hotel.
