The Aberdares are an isolated volcanic range that forms the eastern wall of the rift valley, running about 100 Km north south between Nairobi and Thompsons Falls.Aberdare National Park is located about 150km (93 miles) east of Nairobi, and is easily accessible from Nyeri and Naro Moru. The Park is 87 km (54 miles) from Naivasha
Airport – There are two airstrips located near the Aberdare Headquarters at Nyeri and Mweiga.

3 Hours Before Flight Time
Depart from Nairobi in the morning and drive northwards via the scenic surroundings of the Aberdares range, arriving at your lodge in time for lunch.
After lunch have an afternoon game drive to see Leopards, large herds of elephants, wild dogs, cape buffalos, Olive baboons, black rhinos, Mountain reedbucks among other wildlife.
This rainforest park is a water catchment area with attractive streams, rivers, and four major waterfalls with Karuru waterfall being the highest and tallest waterfall in Kenya.
Accommodation at Tree Tops Lodge
Meal plan (lunch & dinner)
Early breakfast ,having spectacular views of herds of elephants and buffalos at the watering point near the lodge then set off for a game drive in search of wildlife not yet seen, then head to scenery of the waterfalls of the park and moorland region
Return to the lodge for lunch and prepare to head back to Nairobi. You will set off to have the final game drive en-route while heading to Nairobi.
Arrive Nairobi late in the evening at around 5:00 pm.
